On May 28, 1998 at the head-plant of Seregno, the new Center of Applied Research has been inaugurated. This department represent today the feather in IVE Technical direction's cap and can be defined as the real point of contact between laboratory's research and the market, that is the customer, with their different varnishing requirements.The equipment of the center allows to simulate any industrial cycle, thanks to the completeness and flexibility of the plant, both for application and drying needs; modern and traditional technologies for the testing of the materials, the adjustment of new processes and, above all, to personalize the products, all in a point of view directed to the service and the cooperation with the marketDuring the inauguration ceremony , two new lines of water-based products have been introduced to the public within the Environmental Project 1998; it is a question of two top-coat series with a base of water emulsions for the printing of panels and handmade articles for furniture, both for industrial and handicraft use.Hydropac Uv and Hydropac Air are proposed for interiors coating with high quality results both for beauty and productivity; their launch on the market means, for IVE, an important step, that affirms the quality and technology of the Company of Seregno. We are expecting remarkable consents from a market always more sensible to environmental matters.As well as the new water-based products the inaugural day permitted to all the guests to test the quality level of IVE's products with particular reference to top-coat UV pigmented coatings and all the no-yellowing line.All the available machines are certain in the forefront of coating processes; our technicians have at their disposal:
